It’s important to find a community that feels like home and meets all of your or your loved one’s needs. Our platinum lifestyle comprises eight well-rounded categories offering signature programs, innovative partnerships, and life-enriching activities designed to help build connections and create meaningful experiences. The lifestyle offered at our campus recognizes the importance of social interaction and developing new interests, and also provides opportunities for residents to continue doing what they’ve always loved to do.
Social engagement is a key factor to longevity among senior living residents. The Lakes at Stillwater offers a number of ways to connect and engage in social activities whether they are outings, entertainment or happy hour.
The Importance of Nutrition for Healthy Aging
Residents enjoy a restaurant-style dining experience in Shoreline Dining & Lounge that offers healthy and fresh choices. Shoreline Dining & Lounge includes a bar featuring wine, beer, cocktails and appetizers. Sidney’s bistro offers lunch daily to residents, families, staff and guests. Each chef-inspired meal is thoughtfully plated. Residents have the option to choose from a menu with a variety of balanced food options including our Food for Life™ items that are lower in sodium, fat and calories.
Opportunities to improve mobility, strength and overall wellness include FIT Functional Fitness®, designed to help improve residents’ core strength, balance and cardiovascular health, as well as promote relaxation. The goal is to increase overall health and wellbeing, reduce potential for falls, and encourage residents to remain active.

Soaring: Meet The Goodman Group’s Spiritual Care Program
Whatever form spirituality takes, Soaring® is our unique approach to spiritual care. This program supports our residents’ spirits, helping them find peace, purpose, and meaning. The definition of spirituality can be expansive. We recognize the various ways individuals express faith and spirituality, and encourage residents to explore past and new experiences.
Bringing together people of all ages is an important focus of The Lakes at Stillwater. Children learn from the experiences and encouragement of seniors, while children’s wonder and boundless enthusiasm help keep seniors young at heart.
